Transparent Privacy: Collected vs Not Collected
We believe a VPN must be transparent about its data practices. We never monitor your browsing and we never sell personal data.
Only the strictly necessary identifiers required to operate the WireGuard tunnel and enforce free-tier quotas:
Account Credentials
Email address and OAuth sign-in identifiers (Google, Apple) to manage your account.
Device Registration
Device ID, device name, platform (iOS or Android), country, and timezone to provision the WireGuard tunnel.
Usage Counters (Free Tier)
Aggregate bytes transferred per UTC day and month solely to enforce free data limits. Never what those bytes contained.
Zero retention of your online activity. Your traffic content never touches persistent storage:

No. We do not monitor, record, or store browsing history, DNS queries, destination IPs, traffic content, or connection history (when you connected, session length, or sites you reached). For free accounts we store aggregate bandwidth totals only to enforce daily and monthly limits, not what those bytes contained.
Email, account credentials, device identifier, platform (iOS or Android), selected server region, and WireGuard keys to provision the tunnel. Free-tier usage is metered as total bytes per UTC day and month. We do not collect browsing history, DNS logs, GPS, or card numbers. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google.

Connect in one tap, hide your IP, pick a server (currently US and India exits), enable Kill Switch, Auto Connect, see remaining free data, and upgrade in-app.
Choose Monthly (7-day free trial if eligible) or Yearly in the app. Payment goes through the App Store or Google Play. Auto-renews until you cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account. Restore purchases on the paywall if you already paid. Artevus cannot issue store refunds on your behalf.
500 MiB per UTC calendar day and 10 GiB per UTC calendar month. If a limit is reached, connects may be blocked until the next UTC period or until you upgrade.
Each account allows one active app login and one active VPN device. Signing in on a new phone may revoke the previous session.
Free users may see a full-screen ad on connect, disconnect, and when switching servers. Premium removes ads.
If Kill Switch / Always-On VPN is on, the app blocks disconnect so traffic cannot leak. Turn Kill Switch off in Settings (and Android system VPN settings) first.
Settings → Delete Account is a soft delete: VPN access ends immediately; you can recover later via email. For permanent erasure, email privacy@artevus.com from the registered address with subject 'Permanent Account Erasure Request.'
